Refund Policy

 

  1. All returns must be pre-approved prior to shipping. Contact AMADA (admin@amadascope.com) for a return authorization number (RA Number). Items returned without an RA Number will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense, so please do not send any product to us without prior approval. Returns must be repackaged in original packing materials and received in "like new" condition. Using other packing materials may result in a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. All items and accessories must be returned. Items that are missing parts or accessories will not be accepted for a refund.

 

  1. All items must be examined carefully upon receipt to ensure they are correct and undamaged. Returns for damaged items are accepted within five days of item receipt. AMADAwill provide a replacement or offer a full refund for damaged items, and will pay for return shipping. After five days, damaged returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and will include a restocking fee if approved.

 

  1. Undamaged items will be accepted for a refund for up to 14 days from buyer’s receipt of the product. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product directly to AMADA for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee (the product must be returned new and unused). Furthermore, the product must be returned in its original packaging regardless if it is damaged or not to receive any sort of credit.

 

  1. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of shipping date. As for opened items, please contact our Customer Service Department for further instructions admin@amadascope.com.
